    Bike was snagged right next to me while brunching at Buffalo Wild Wings in Sugar House. The bike was literally right next to me. Man grabbed it, yanked it from me & hopped on, then took off. I chased on foot as far as I could until losing him. Police were immediately contacted. Bike is super distinct in colors/mods.
