Evans Finishes 10th at Tour of the Gila

Emily Kachorek finished sixth in overall GC and Utah’s Nicole Evans was 10th in the strong field of more than 50 professional riders. Primal/MapMyRIDE guest rider Kristen LaSasso also notched a second place finish in the race’s second stage.

“The girls were fabulous and did great in this super hard race,” said Primal/MapMyRIDE Team Director Susannah Gordon. “Emily worked hard in the breakaway during the road race on Sunday and it stuck to the finish. I was so proud of all the girls.”
The eight-member team aims to support professional women’s cycling and create an avenue for better feedback on the development of women’s specific technologies.
