Bikes on TRAX

From the opening in December, UTA has permitted bikes on the TRAX cars and it is time to review the success of this policy.

If you have used TRAX by bike, please contact UTA and let them know how it works for you. Do you have suggestions for improvements, especially to minimize sources of conflict between cyclists and pedestrian users? Tell UTA and while you are at it, make sure to express your support for bikes on public transit at all times of the day! Both the Bonneville Shoreline Trail Committee and Salt Lake City will soon be unveiling new web sites. For the latest in trail news for all segments of the Shoreline Trail, surf over to www.bonneville-trail.org. Cyclists can join list

Cyclists in Utah & Idaho may signup for electronic (email) lists available for both states. If interestedt, you can do so by going to http://www.topica. com/lists/uscf-district40/?cid=51 for Utah or http://www.topica. com/lists/uscf-district13/?cid=51 for Idaho.
